CONTACT
Commission a Design Audit or scope an advisory engagement. Four-step model.
How Kamil engages.
THE PROCESS
Four steps. Each with a defined purpose, output and time horizon.
01 — Inquiry
The project is introduced via the brief form below. A response is returned within three business days.
02 — Scoping Call
A 45-minute call with the key decision-maker, to understand the project's operational, commercial and design priorities — and to identify the engagement most appropriate to the stage.
03 — Proposal
A written proposal defining scope, deliverables, timeline, commercial terms and assumptions. Held open for a fixed period. Scope and fee tied to the risk being managed.
04 — Engagement
On acceptance, work proceeds to the agreed methodology — Align, Architect, Activate — calibrated to the project stage. Outputs delivered against scope. Reviews structured, not open-ended.

Common questions about engagement
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
A response is returned within three business days. If the project is a fit, a 45-minute Scoping Call is offered. If it is not a fit, the practice will say so directly — and where possible, recommend an alternative
-
The project's operational, commercial and design priorities. The stage the project is at. The decisions still open to the team. The engagement most appropriate to the brief. The call exists to determine fit and scope, not to deliver advice.
-
A Design Review Audit is typically scoped within five business days of the Scoping Call and delivered within two to four weeks of acceptance. Operational Integration and Commercial Performance Alignment retainers are scoped to project duration and start on agreed dates.
-
No published minimum. The practice is positioned for premium projects where the brief already includes high operational and design standards, and where the cost of operational risk justifies senior advisory input. Fit is assessed during the Scoping Call.
-
Yes, on a project-by-project basis. Travel and timeline are scoped into the proposal.
